Adobe today announced the release of Photoshop Touch for iPad 2 and Android tablets, available for $9.99.  According to Adobe, the new app “lets you quickly combine images, apply professional effects, share the results with friends and family through social networking sites like Facebook, and more.”

According to the Adobe site, You can easily browse and select photos from your device or a social media site,  use layers, selections, adjustments, and filters, a new Scribble tool to remove objects from photos, fill in selected areas with photos you capture with your tablet camera,  and easily share your great results.  Included in the app are tutorials on how to use the features.

This is an app that I can’t wait to play with!!!  (Now if I can just find the time!)
